Function / Content

This series consists of a register of advances to pastoralists throughout the Northern Territory. The register was used to record the following details; name of leasee and location, file number, ledger, folio, terms, registration of section number, advances (period, amount), and principal repayments (number, amount, due, amount paid, date paid, and balance). Annotations were made regarding whether the advances were paid in full, foreclosed, or written off.
